“Whatever we believe to be true, will be true.”

Life is incredible when you make it your own. Already the BM family has proven this point in such a short period of time. We are god-like because we too are creators of this world. We create the realities we live in and the truth that fills our hearts. “Believe and it will be.” When you believe something to be true, it will eventually be your truth. I believed in the good in the world and feel I have manifested it by calling it Beautiful Movements and bringing like-minded people together as our own little family

Together we fight the turmoil in the wind that sweeps us up. We search for happiness in our daily lives. We find comfort in going with the flow and riding the waves no matter how turbulent the storm can seem by accepting that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. If life seems awful at the moment then we know it can only get better. In beautiful moments of bliss we shine, feeling the warmth of the sun beating down on our face knowing we will face hardships soon and should enjoy every moment of bliss. Throughout it all we stick to the practice of being human, having faults, and staying grounded.

Love is the core of us. Finding acceptance in ourselves helps us understand the people around us. Working at having compassion for ourselves gives us the practice we need to be the loving and compassionate people we all strive to be in this world. None of us are perfect but we find perfection in just being us. This acceptance won’t come unless you work for it. When you beat yourself up in your head acknowledge your inner dialogue and do what you need to do to change it. For me, if I feel like I’m having a fat day then I look in the mirror and tell myself its going to be okay because I’m going to eat more salads, smaller portions and will run so Ill feel better tomorrow and will look better in a week. If I have a break out then I give myself a facial, take a hot bath and pamper myself, which makes me relax and feel good. By replacing my thoughts of negativity with positive action I transform my life.

Nature is my guide and it creates the current that is my life. Constantly I am swept from ocean to ocean, intermingling with other cultures. The one constant that connects us all is that we are human. We live differently, follow different rules, look different, speak different languages, but the core of us all is love. Having passion for life and being inspired is the drive we need to go far. The voice that lives inside our head should be the coach of positive action. When the messages of your inner dialogue align with your heart and soul’s wishes then you know your dedication to the practice of living from love and compassion is paying off. When you give in to your own questions and fearlessly ask for answers, they will come divinely inspired by your truth.

If you are no longer able to make happiness your truth in your life then change must occur. Once you set standards in motion for whom you would like to be you will automatically start to transform your life, ultimately becoming the person you dreamed of. Whatever truth you choose will shape the people you manifest into your life. “If its beauty that you want then its beauty you will have.” I believe we found beauty here in Beautiful Movements. “I love the BM family.”

Wow Kim!! I'm speechless! I love this blog... it speaks so much truth...

We all have to learn to replace the negative voices with positive thought at some point... just "breath in the good and breath out with the bad".

Thanks for such inspiring words Kim! Your blogs are a life lesson.

I love my BM family...  it's a place where I can express my feelings and open my mind, where I'm free to be who I really am... a place free of judgements. And I'm greatful to be a part of it! Beautiful Movements has given me the opportunity to see the beautiful side of the world.

Thanks for everything Kim! and thanks for creating this! I've met amazing people here...

YOU'RE ONE IN A MILLION!

OUR LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.

Love you with all my heart.

****People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them.  <3

As I'm reading this blog I'm thousands of kilometers away from home, trying my best to transform my life for better on and fit even the last missing pieces of the puzzle, which is the brighter life I chosed to live.

But as I read this I also realize the undeniable truth that I'm experiencing : I don't feel neither the nostalgia of my family nor the need to chat with my childhood 's friend.. not as much as I need to read Kim's blogs and hear about what my BM family is going trough or is talking about.

Months ago I reached by chance to this site and here's where I met  the beautiful souls who's words were able to give me the motivation my family and the closest friend I've where not able to give me.

I find myself smiling whenever I think about how paradoxical it is that people who has never seen my face could understand me so well, you taught me how to trust once again someone else enough to show him both my fragilities and my strengths although I've never met a single one of you.

I don't have the answers I need yet, but I'm searching for them with all my spirit and ultimately with my concrete efforts too. It's not easy: I knew from the moment I embarked myself on this journey there wouldn't have been any path to follow, but I also knew that as soon as I stick to the practice of awareness and my BM family is  there giving me a clue from time to time, I'm on the right track. You're my guiding light and for the first time I feel like I'm not alone anymore in this journey. It's hard to find the courage to chase your dream, especially when you've spent years knowing nothing but depression, sheltering yourself in a forced kind of spiritual retreat to escape from excesses and sufferings, but I promise you I won't let my dreams down this time, as soon as you're here encouraging me like you all do. “I’m dedicated to the journey” more than ever right now..

I may not even know you guys, I've never seen your faces but it's your honest words and you inspiring stories which set me on track to chase my dreams, your words succeeded where everybody else I know failed. This is the reason why I’m so thankful to all the BM family and especially to the women who gathered this bunch of amazing journey mates together

Love u all

After having read several of your blog entries I find myself impressed. Not only do you share your view on certain matters, you allow us to see in your mind. You write down your findings which enables us to follow your thinking pattern and that makes us understand who you are on the inside.

Apart from sharing your thoughts you seem to have the ability to ‘jumpstart’  the minds of others. When I read the reactions to your blog entries I see people opening up to you, but more importantly I see people using their mind.

Your mind is your greatest treasure and the materialist way of life is ruining this treasure.

I am grateful that there are still people like you out there. People who, because they are famous, are able to reach a lot of people at once and who use that opportunity to try and create a better world for us all. I want to ask you to continue sharing your views with us.

With Beautiful Movements you have created not just a place where people feel save and loved, but also a place where the amazing gift of thought is appreciated.

Don't rely on someone else for your happiness and self worth. Only you can be responsible for that. If you can't love and respect yourself - no one else will be able to make that happen. Accept who you are - completely; the good and the bad - and make changes as YOU see fit - not because you think someone else wants you to be different.      Stacey Charter
