Evil Deodorant!!

We live in a money hungry world where knowledge isn’t handed to you but with a curious mind you can attain life saving information. Society doesn’t offer any information if it means declining profits. The results of growth hormone injected meat, processed foods can be seen in our younger generations as they hit puberty younger and younger. When money and power rule the leaders of our worlds we are left to find balance in our own. If not, we are left victim to the effects.
Cancer, breast cancer, Alzheimers, and dementia are all health problems I have become familiar with by watching the people around me deal with it. When my Aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer I watched her fight the battle from afar. Coming home to see surgery scars in her armpit, no hair due to chemo, and heartfelt stories of bravery through her struggle left me in awe of her triumph. Now the stories of friends fighting breast cancer, having breasts removed, going through chemo, and now even men getting breast cancer are constant. Thankfully everyone I know has very supportive families that help him or her through their struggle. I can’t imagine having to go through something like that alone. But what bothers me is that every person that visits their doctor is then told that aluminum in deodorants is a factor that can lead to breast cancer. Why is this news so new to us until diagnosed with it?
Aluminum is a toxin and has been linked to Alzheimers, brain disorders, respiratory disorders, and cancer. Aluminum clogs the pores in your underarms trapping body odor and sweat keeping you sweat free and smelling good. But the effects it has on the inside of your body isn’t worth the risk. Leaving the toxins with nowhere to go can also lead to problems with the sweat glands and lymph glands.
Making the change from regular deodorant with aluminum to organic, aluminum free can be a difficult transition. When I made the switch I found that as the aluminum broke free from my pores and allowed the toxins to escape I sweat like I had never sweat before! My shirt was soaked, I admit, I had pit stains! It didn’t smell all that fantastic either. But it proved to me that the change was necessary. I wanted to give up and run back to my evil pore clogging deodorant a couple times because I admit I didn’t want to sweat and I didn’t want to stink. I had to try a couple of different types of deodorant in order to find a brand that worked for me.
I tried rock crystal, which was interesting; it was like rubbing a big piece of crystal on your underarm. I didn’t feel that it helped at all and it didn’t make me smell good either, it just basically did nothing for me. But I did find a few brands of roll on that are fantastic. Lafes natural and organic deodorant is so far my favorite. It uses mineral salts to keep you from sweating a lot and essential oils to make you smell good. Knowing that I have found an alternative that works make the switch a no brainer.
While big companies do there best to deny the medical finds of what harm your deodorant can cause I find comfort in knowing that I can make a better choice free from harm. Trust your instincts and make subtle changes in your everyday life. This awareness will save you from health risks and problems in the future. Being aware of our body that is our temple is not just a job it’s our duty.

I thought I had made a good decision in choosing to use an alcohol free roll on (I don't know why but I thought the alcohol was the bad ingredient - how naive of me), I thought this was much safer than aerosol, as well as smelling nice and leaving no white marks - result! Or so I thought. Yes of course, the first ingredient on the list was aluminium.

You know what I;m sure I have heard little snippets of info about this before, but I find that shocking in itself considering how serious this is. We know the dangers of smoking, alcohol, drugs, fatty food, and as a result many of us choose not to put those things into our bodies, but deodorant? Think about it - 365 days a year we are putting this on to our body without even knowing the damage.

Really so true! About that many meat and other products are toxic, I knew. About it speak on TV much. But usual buyers cannot check up, the good meal or is toxic. And we do not have choice, and we continue to eat meal which is poisoned. But I never thought that deodorants are dangerous!!! Thanks you Kimmy, now I will be more attentive to this question and I will tell about it to the relatives. I am never valid about it thought. But now I understand that it is dangerous! Presently all is dangerous! Both meal and hygienic means and even children's toys! For example usual balls! In some it is a lot of chemical elements which are very dangerous to adults, and for children it is even more!!! It can be defined on a smell. We now are not safe anywhere. Certainly that people of what to receive many money is very awful, substitute lives of usual people... Money really corrects the world. All turns round money.
And I too do not understand, how it is possible to endure such serious illnesses without support of friends and relatives.
Thanks for amazing blog! We should be strong and watch over our health and a body. Thank you Kim!!!
I love you sooo much!!! <333
