BM Blogs that have helped you
I think we are all in agreement when I say that the blogs posted on Beautiful Movements are incredibly inspiring. But are there any blogs in particular that have helped you or that you have been able to relate to the most?
I always love going back to read older blogs!

mmm i think that.. there are two blogs that really made me change.. or try it at least.. mad me have a diferent pont of view of this weird world:
THE FIGTH FOR THE BEAUTY
aww that blog really made me think when i read it for first time.. and now is again working in my head.
last weeks i´m having some problems with .. everything and i´m eating too much.. then i feel worst.. and sometimes i would just like to.. dissapear.. i dont like the mirrors.. cant see my old clothes , my old pics..
cause i feel really ugly.. but i read and read that blog and makes me think in a future change (at least i feel hope about it)
and other blog that really touched me is :
SELF TORTURE
*Finding acceptance in ourselves helps us understand the people around us. Working at having compassion for ourselves gives us the practice we need to be the loving and compassionate people we all strive to be in this world. None of us are perfect but we find perfection in just being us. This acceptance won’t come unless you work for it.*
we are just one point in the world.. but if we love everybody, and we stay together.. we can change the world.
in .. everywhere.. we will always find people who love us, no matter how we are, what we like..
if we .. each one of us.. one day could love ourselves with our imperfections, but also if we could see all our marvelous features.. the life would be great!!
dream & believe xoxo

Thanks for sharing, Kerry and mery1a! :)
"Fight for Beauty": It goes without saying that we can be our own worst critic, and I believe that its so true. What isn't noticable to others in what we consider our flaws seems to be always staring us in the face. I truly, thought that the 'Fight for Beauty' was so insightful and glad that Kim was able to share her experiences with us.

I too loved 'The Fight for Beauty'. I found it very touching how Kim shared such personal thoughts and feelings and gave me comfort to know that someone I look up to so much and who is a huge inspiration to me has been through things that we can also relate to in some way.
It's so hard to pick just one, but a couple that meant a lot to me recently were 'Life is Art' and 'A New Life to Begin'. They were very applicable to me at the time she wrote them and helped me get through a difficult time.
I love all Kim's blogs though, every time I read one even one I have read a hundred times before they always give me a lift and renewed inspiration.
Thanks for reminding us of the wonderful words and experiences Kim shares with us :) x

Fight for beauty was really inspiring for me as i'd asked Kim in one of my own posts medias obsession with appearance if she would give us her feedback
http://beautifulmovements.dipdive.com/discussions/108/3581
As one of the older sisters on here i thought it was important for everyone to hear how our idol Kim has dealt with her body images issues etc and Kim posted a blog so honest and inspiring and I thank her for that so much
In similar vain I also love Xtinas recent blog about beauty
Kims staying grounded blog was great for me as I have been having such a hard time in the new direction in my life but I read her blog and I remain focused on doing whats right for me in my life
I love merys blog about saying when the game is over because she is one of my dear friends and i understand her struggles so much and I loved that she was able to express what she did in it
I love reading everyones blogs on how Kim has inspired them, its so interesting to read how Kim has inspired them.
I read as many blogs as I can to help me through my own life and own experiences

I love every blog of Kims but my tow favourites have to be The Fight for beauty and Life is Art...
Life is Art especially, my comment on the blog says it all: i have a couple regrets in my life. ONE huge regret still clouds my mind from time to time, but by learning from you im trying to change my point of view on the bad things in life and try to see them as lessons or as fate... Im still working on letting go of this particular regret, it still has a negetive effect on me, but knowing that i can always rely on you and eveyone here on BM to guide me gives me the stength to keep on trying.
This blog has given me a lot of encouragement and advice on how to hadle regrets and when i feel low i often refer back to this blog. :)

I really like Kim's blogs about Purpose work and Self worth. It shows how strong she is and that inspires me to be as strong as i can be, and to know that people went through worse things than me help a lot.
Those blogs taught me to believe in my dreams, believe in myself, live out of love and compassion and to forgive. Forgiveness, one of the hardest things to do, yet worth all the effort because by forgiving you get rid of all negativity and accept that we can't always win.
My favs are also Sandra's blogs and BAG's. They write differently, using metaphors and stuffs that are very thought-provoking
But i have to say that i enjoy reading every blog, to see how people on here have evolved or to know their past. it brings us closer as a family.
Blogs that are written honestly and with words that come from the heart are those that are more valuable.

When I first came here, I was so overwhemled with EVERYONES blogs which I was reading: xtina, merry, sandra, kerry, estrella, little-biv, rosekeller, MFL, ect. I mean, I seriously got way more than what I bargained for and had no idea that there would be all these people connecting and shharing in their experiences. So anytime I read someone else's blog, its like I can see myself in it everytime. They all help me to be honest.
But to stay on par with everyone else, "Fight for Beauty" was the one I can almost in fine detail. I hate mirrors, hate looking at myself, and food is often times the only way I can deal with my emotions. When I read that blog and its comments, it really showed me that there are so many other people out there who fight on that same battle front as I do.

I've found lots of the blogs here very helpful but the one, I found the most helpful or that I could most relate to was ''The Fight For Beauty''. I found it so helpful because I used to suffer from really bad acne and all the thoughts that used to run threw my head and then to read someone had felt the same was kind of a relief. Since we can always be are worst critic's over analyse everything we do.

For me the blog that really means a lot to me is 'The Fight for Beauty' because I can relate to it.
It's so cleverly written and well thought through and it's an issue not many people want to address nowadays.
Nobody wants people to think they're ugly and yet people think it about themselves all the time. What Kim went through is something I could never imagine but I know I've had days when I used to dread looking in the mirror. I hated the fact that I had to live with this face, this body and I never thought I'd snap out of that mentality.
I still have days where I hate looking in the mirror. I had chicken pocks really bad when I was little so they've left tiny little scars on my cheeks My scars aren't noticable but to me they are because I see them everyday. I have many flaws I choose not to share with anyone, I used to be in denial about but I'm slowly learning to face them and do something about it.
That blog really touched me, not only because I felt sympathetic towards Kim but because I admired her for being so open about it.
That's the blog I always go back and re-read when I'm feeling down about something or when I'm upset by something someone has said.
Knowing Kim can go through it makes me feel like I can do the same. I can follow her example and help make a change in my life.
So that's my favourite blog but I love pretty much all of them, especially the old ones!
